SunGard's office recovery telephone system - the only one of its kind in the industry - enables customer's entire telephony environments - including DDI - to be restored to any recovery facility. And with firms IP telephony expanding beyond pilots and set to become the pervasive application, SunGard's 2008 telephony infrastructure means we can help you recover your most complex systems and functionality.
Recovery starts when you call - not when you arrive
Furthermore, our sophisticated imaging methodologies, combined with the fact that SunGard's PCs are the same high-specification models (renewed every two years) means that LAN restore times have been significantly reduced: a PC ghost image can now be multi-cast to multiple PCs in minutes, wherever they are.
Multiple invocations
We can also accommodate multiple, same-time invocations in our state-of-the-art facilities, providing secure and discrete working, computer and telephony environments for each customer.
However, we wouldn't work with two customers from the same geographical area unless we were absolutely certain that we could support them concurrently. We often can, but if you have any questions on this issue, please feel free to talk to us.
