Overview
SunGard’s Platform Monitoring Service detects system level events that indicate immediate or potential failures on supported servers. An agent, a small application to perform the monitoring, is installed on the Customer’s server. Monitored servers can be located in SunGard’s Technology Centres or on Customer’s premises. Servers are monitored 24/7 and Customers are notified of any alerts thereby preventing a service impacting event.
