Overview
SunGard provide a Cross Connect Service for all dedicated circuits, Customer or SunGard provisioned, between the Telco (telecommunications entry point) and customer environments.
Features
- Enables termination of PSTN/ISDN, Copper and Fibre circuits into the customer environment via SunGard sub-floor cable highways
- SunGard will co-manage the circuit installation in conjunction with the carrier and customer involved
- SunGard are responsible for the link between Telco and customer environment
Benefits
The supply and installation of any cabling is performed by SunGard thereby maintaining the integrity of the Technology Centres.
