The Backup Assessment provides an analysis of your data volumes and their criticality to the business in order to help define an appropriate backup strategy, including online vaulting, for optimum recovery capability.

What does it involve?
- SunGard specialist will contact you to arrange a site visit
- Any relevant systems/backup information will be requested prior to the site visit to ensure best usage of time
- A site visit will be held where the following will be discussed: overall backup strategy applications, systems and data systems backup policy
- During the visit a Tele Vault questionnaire will be completed Following the visit the Specialist will complete a report detailing:
- current strategy
- current backup regime
- gap analysis against current strategy
- recommendations, options and impact for continuing “as is”
- implement best practice
- implementing Vaulting Services
- The report will be sent via your Account Manager alongside a
