SunGard provide a number of options for supporting organisations with the development of a structured BC Training and Awareness programme. Options and flexible and vary due to requirement (e.g. types of staff group, maturity of programme, roles and responsibilities). SunGard use the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle as the structure for developing and implementing all programmes as this uses the well known four step approach to ensuring continuous improvement (also aligning to the BS 25999 lifecycle).
