We concentrate on both soft and technical skills placing heavy emphasis on "on the job" training as well as formal instruction.
Training methods vary, depending on the topic and your personal preferences. They could include coaching from your manager or mentor, specialised programmes, e-learning and off-site day or residential courses.
We will work with you discussing your needs and goals and how to fill in your skills gaps.
